About me

With more than 24 years in real estate, Benjamin Leong has built his career around hard work, honesty and genuine relationships.

Over two decades in the industry have given Benjamin a depth of experience that can't be taught in a textbook. He's worked through changing markets, negotiated countless deals and helped people navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Benjamin is a Life Member of the Elite Captains Club, an achievement earned through six consecutive years of qualifying performance. While he's proud of what he's achieved throughout his career, Benjamin believes the greatest measure of success is the trust people place in him - particularly when past clients return years later or recommend him to their family and friends.

His approach to real estate is simple: be honest, keep your word, communicate clearly and work hard for the people who have put their trust in you.

Benjamin doesn't believe in making promises simply to win a listing. He believes in giving people honest advice, setting realistic expectations and then doing everything he can to deliver. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful and sometimes emotional, and Benjamin's role is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Away from real estate, Benjamin is a husband and father of three. Married since 2005, family has played a huge part in shaping the person he is today. It has taught him patience, responsibility, resilience and, perhaps most importantly, the importance of being there for the people who matter.

Benjamin also believes that being successful isn't just about what you achieve for yourself. Supporting local families, businesses and the wider community is important to him, and he enjoys helping people wherever he can.

After more than two decades in the industry, Benjamin understands that every client and every property is different. Some clients need a strong negotiator. Others need someone who will listen, give them straight advice and guide them through the process. Benjamin believes a good agent needs to be able to do both.

Fluent in English and Hakka, with basic Mandarin, Benjamin enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds. His style is relaxed and down-to-earth, but when it comes to representing his clients, he is focused, determined and prepared to work hard for the best possible result.

At the end of the day, Benjamin believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling property. It's about people, relationships, families and the next chapter of their lives.

After 21+ years, he's still grateful for the opportunity to be part of those moments.
