Ceejay Sinclair is the Leasing Manager at LJ Hooker Pakenham. Driven by an interest in building a career in real estate, Ceejay completed his Certificate IV in Property at the REIV in 2025. With a strong background in hospitality and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, he has since brought his customer-focused approach and strong work ethic to the leasing process, helping Rental Providers and Renters navigate each stage with confidence.

As Leasing Manager, Ceejay is often the first point of contact for prospective renters and plays a key role in delivering a seamless leasing experience. He manages rental enquiries, property marketing, open for inspections, application processing and leasing documentation, while working closely with the Property Management Team to maximise leasing outcomes and minimise vacancy periods.

Ceejay takes pride in maintaining strong communication with Rental Providers, providing regular updates and market feedback throughout the leasing campaign.
