As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Helen brings broad experience across residential property, with particular expertise in strata sales. Her strength lies in making complex matters easier to understand, anticipating potential issues and helping clients navigate their obligations and options with confidence.
Helen is also deeply committed to the advancement of the real estate industry. She is a REIWA Trainer and Assessor, with specialist competency in strata, and sits on both the REIWA Sales Committee and Strata Committee. These roles keep her closely connected to industry standards, legislation, professional development and the issues affecting both agents and property owners.
Holding a Master of Human Resource Management, Helen brings an additional level of skill in communication, problem solving, negotiation and the interpretation of legislation and policy. Combined with her practical real estate experience, this allows her to approach each transaction thoughtfully and find solutions when circumstances become complex.
