Born and raised in the Douglas Shire, Nicki Samson brings an exceptional depth of local knowledge and a lifelong connection to the region's property industry. As the third generation of her family in real estate, property is firmly in her DNA, giving Nicki a unique understanding of the local market and the people who call the Douglas Shire home.
With more than nine years' experience across residential and commercial sales, property management and real estate operations, Nicki has built a diverse and well-rounded career within the industry. Her extensive experience across multiple areas of real estate has given her a strong understanding of the market, from individual property transactions through to the broader operational and commercial aspects of running a successful agency.
Today, Nicki plays a key leadership role within the LJ Hooker Port Douglas | Mossman office, managing the day-to-day operations and working closely with the team across all areas of the business. Her hands-on approach, strong industry knowledge and attention to detail ensure the office operates seamlessly while maintaining a high level of service for clients.
Nicki is known for her professionalism, energy and unwavering work ethic, combined with a calm and personable approach that puts clients at ease. Whether assisting with a residential or commercial sale, property management matter or the day-to-day complexities of real estate, she brings a considered and highly personalised approach to every client relationship.
