Vanessa brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her role as Principal of LJ Hooker Kingscliff, having recently purchased the business alongside Rhiannon Bald. 

With a strong background in real estate, Vanessa was previously the owner and Manager of a successful franchise office in Pottsville, where she led the transformation of Tweed Coast Property Services in 2017 into a boutique Commercial Property Service. 

Her vision and strategic direction saw TCPS become a trusted name in commercial property management, servicing a select group of investors across the Tweed Coast — from Tweed Heads in the north to Pottsville in the south. 

Now at the helm of LJ Hooker Kingscliff, Vanessa is committed to delivering exceptional service across commercial, sales, and property management. Her deep local knowledge, industry expertise, and genuine passion for the Tweed Coast community position her as a strong advocate for property owners and investors throughout the region.
