Born and raised in Gawler, Will has a strong connection to Adelaide's northern suburbs and a genuine understanding of the local community. With a background spanning retail, hospitality and direct sales, Will developed his communication skills, resilience and work ethic early in his career before joining LJ Hooker Craigmore | Elizabeth | Salisbury in October 2023.

Beginning his real estate career in Property Management, Will quickly found that he thrived in the fast-paced and demanding nature of the industry. Managing competing priorities, solving problems and communicating with people from all walks of life became part of his everyday role. Rather than being discouraged by a demanding workload or unexpected challenges, Will enjoys finding solutions, becoming more efficient and continually improving the small "1%ers" that can make a significant difference to a client's experience.

This approach saw Will named LJ Hooker's Top Property Manager for SA/NT for the 2024—2025 financial year, in his first year of eligibility for the award. He was also nominated for International Property Manager of the Year and achieved recognition within LJ Hooker's top 2.5% Captain's Club.

Just as important to Will has been the feedback received from the people he has worked with. His client reviews consistently recognise his communication, responsiveness, reliability, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Will believes that strong results begin with the fundamentals - answering the phone, keeping people informed, doing what you say you are going to do and giving every client the same level of effort and care, regardless of the situation.

Now transitioning into Sales with the same LJ Hooker Craigmore | Elizabeth | Salisbury team, Will is eager to build on the foundation established throughout his Property Management career. Having worked closely with property owners, investors and tenants, he brings an understanding of property and client expectations, along with first-hand experience managing difficult conversations, competing priorities and high-pressure situations.

Will approaches his career with the belief that there is always room to improve. He brings energy, punctuality and a strong work ethic to everything he does, continually looking for ways to improve his service, communication and knowledge. No matter the workload or barriers that present themselves, his focus is on finding a solution and following through for his clients.

As he begins the next chapter of his career in Sales, Will is committed to earning the same trust and reputation he built throughout Property Management. Whether helping someone sell a long-held family home, working with an investor or assisting a buyer with their next move, his approach remains simple - communicate clearly, work hard, pay attention to the details and provide a level of service that people are comfortable recommending to family and friends.
