Ainsley has been a valued member of the LJ Hooker Bundaberg team since 2022, beginning her career within the Property Management department where she developed a strong foundation in the real estate industry. During her time in rentals, she gained extensive experience supporting property owners, tenants, and investors while building lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.

Following her success in Property Management, Ainsley transitioned into the Sales team as the Business Systems Operator, where she played an integral role in supporting the sales department through contract administration, business operations, compliance, marketing coordination, and ensuring systems and processes ran efficiently behind the scenes.

Now stepping into the role of Operations Coordinator, Ainsley is proud to support both the Sales and Property Management departments. Working across both divisions, she helps streamline operations, improve processes, and ensure the agency delivers an exceptional experience for clients from start to finish.

Ainsley believes real estate is about far more than property-it's about people, relationships, and helping clients through some of life's biggest milestones.
