Ashlee began her career in real estate in 2018 as a receptionist and property manager assistant where she instantly discovered her passion for the industry. Her ability to effectively accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment, combined with her enthusiasm and professionalism saw her quickly transition into the role of Property Manager where she oversaw a large property portfolio, as well as provided support to the Trust Account Manager and Head of Department.

Over the years, Ashlee has been the recipient of multiple awards such as, Property Management Office of the Year 2018, State Best New Talent Residential Property Management 2020, National Best New Talent Residential Property Management 2020, Chairman Award 2022, Captains Club 2023 amongst several other in-office performance awards.

Ashlee's extremely motivated down to earth personality sees herself striving for reliable and trustworthy communication and customer service between all clients.
