Career Journey
My journey in the real estate industry began in 2018 as a property officer in Sydney, focusing on arrears management. Through dedication and expanding my knowledge, I was promoted to property manager in 2020. In this role, I managed property maintenance, handled tenant inquiries, and ensured regulatory compliance, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
In 2022, I relocated to Newcastle, continuing my work as a property manager. My adaptability and ability to connect with clients and colleagues facilitated a smooth transition and allowed me to maintain high-quality service.
By early 2024, I advanced into a senior role, reflecting my expertise and leadership capabilities. In this position, I manage a portfolio of properties and play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, contributing to the overall success and growth of the team. The most rewarding aspect of my job is building strong relationships with clients and witnessing my team achieve their goals.
Personal Interest and Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cocktail bars and spending quality time with friends. Spending time with friends allows me to relax and recharge, ensuring I maintain a healthy work-life balance.
