Prior to this, he gained hands-on experience in another prominent property group, where he managed tenant and landlord relations, coordinated maintenance and inspections, and oversaw lease administration and financial reporting.

Bijay's real estate journey began in Nepal, where he worked as a residential sales agent. He holds an unrestricted real estate licence in Western Australia and has completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. His technical proficiency and experiences across many platforms enables him to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
