With many years of experience in the hospitality industry, Bijay Bhandari brings a customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitude to the real estate sector. His transition into property has been marked by a strong foundation in property management, residential sales, and business development.

Currently working in our Business Development department, Bijay focuses on client acquisition and portfolio growth. His role is driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Prior to this, he gained hands-on experience in another prominent property group, where he managed tenant and landlord relations, coordinated maintenance and inspections, and oversaw lease administration and financial reporting.

Bijay's real estate journey began in Nepal, where he worked as a residential sales agent. He holds an unrestricted real estate licence in Western Australia and has completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. His technical proficiency and experiences across many platforms enables him to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Known for his strong communication skills, self-motivation, and confidence, Bijay is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals. His long-term ambition is to move into residential sales, where he can further leverage his interpersonal strengths and industry knowledge.
