I've worked in real estate for more than 10 years, and while the market has changed over that time, one thing hasn't: people value honesty, consistency and someone who does what they say they're going to do. That's the standard I set for myself every day.

I'm a pretty easy-going person by nature, and I don't believe buying or selling property needs to be more complicated than it has to be. Real estate can be stressful enough without unnecessary jargon, pressure or confusion. My approach is simple - communicate clearly, stay organised, solve problems early and make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. When clients know what's happening and what comes next, they can make good decisions with confidence.

Since making Canberra home in 2018, I've developed a genuine appreciation for the city and its diverse neighbourhoods. I enjoy helping people understand not just the market, but what makes different communities unique. No two clients are the same, and I don't believe the same approach should be applied to every campaign. Taking the time to understand what's important to each client is where I believe the best results begin.

One of the things I enjoy most about this profession is that every day is different. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and helping them navigate what can often be an emotional and significant life event. Building lasting relationships is far more rewarding to me than simply completing another transaction.
