The Dunsborough/Yallingup region has played a major part in my family's life. I am the son of one of Yallingup's Pioneer surfers Kevin Merifield, and I have now lived in this beautiful part of the world for over 37 years. I'm a devoted family man, father to four beautiful children and grandfather to our growing family.

I continue to pursue my passion as a keen surfer and compete within Australia's top level of Longboard surfing in my free time. 

I have gained knowledge and experience within the property market with a combination of years of experience in Real Estate sales. I have acted as Project Manager for the developers of multiple rural residential subdivisions, such as Millbrook Private Estate, Vintners Ridge, Yallingup Hills & Yallingup Fields, gaining a comprehensive understanding on this sector of the market, while also having a great understanding of the local residential property market including Yallingup, Eagle Bay, Bunker Bay, Quindalup and Dunsborough township & surrounds as a long-time resident myself.

In addition to this, I had recent success as the listing agent for the new subdivision Wildwood Country Estate, Dryandra Avenue, Yallingup, successfully selling ALL lots.

My role here at LJ Hooker Property South West - Dunsborough is to help Buyers and Sellers fulfil their ambitions, whether it be to add an investment property to their growing portfolio, own their first home within the Cape Region or sell their property with the aim of moving on.
