Bri has been a part of the LJ Hooker Group for over 3 years. A born and bred Canberran, Bri has dabbled in a lot of "Canberran" industries before finding real estate, and now she has moved in for the long run. Coming from the Federal Public Service, Financial Services, Legal Admin, Defence Consultancy, and local Hospitality, Bri brings knowledge and experience from all areas to give her clients a personal experience with the Canberra knowledge to match.
Bri is an award-winning Sales Agent and Auctioneer. Recently winning Real Estate Institute of ACT Novice Auctioneer of the Year Award this year. Bri has known since starting real estate that she has a) Has wanted to become an Auctioneer and b) Known that in order to be a great Auctioneer you must be a fantastic agent first. Her extrovert and captivating personality not only deliver a connected audience in an Auction and when selling, but also delivers great results for her clients. Balancing this with her volunteer work doing Charity Auctions, AFL Commentating for all senior comps and hosting local events around Canberra, such as Trivia and Bingo at local pub venues - Bri loves talking and entertaining a crowd, it's her natural state.
With Gungahlin's ever-changing landscape, Bri makes it her mission to know what is happening, now and in the future. Being one of the leading agents in the Gungahlin area, she knows Gungahlin like the back of her hand. From the footy fields to the light rail, Bri has watched Gungahlin go from bushland suburb to one of Canberra's largest and diverse CBD's, with still 10 years of growth to come. She is excited to grow with the suburb as it goes from strength to strength.
One of Bri's great passions is social media and what it can deliver. Having a local and national presence on social media, Bri uses her knowledge of Canberra, content creation, trends, statistics, and customer relations to not only bring awareness to Canberra as self proclaimed "Canberra's Big Sister", but also to prove that Canberra is better than what the media would let you believe. As well as comedy and social lifestyle content, gaining an audience of 30k. Having completed courses in social media and Marketing and volunteering on the Board for ANUAFC as their social media and comms liaison, Bri has real world experience and results in an internet world she has always grown up with, there is so much potential for how social media can work with real estate that has not been explored enough. Bri strives to implement and adapt social media campaigns that raise awareness to both seller and buyers for all parts of the sale.
Combining her contagious passion for people, knowledge of the Canberra real estate market, Bri's true delight is helping people. Not only in their sales, but in bridging the gap of knowledge for not only seasoned sellers but for First Home Buyers, Women and First Time Investors.
