After deciding to sell one of our investment properties, we had Callum recommended to us by a friend who had used him on a sale of one of their properties.We could not have been happier for the following reasons.

We were selling in to a tough market, the whole time Callum kept in contact with us to inform us of what was happening, where similar units were being priced as well as keeping and eye on other apartments for sale in the building. Each time there was an open house we received feedback on the same day as to how it went and if there were any potential buyers. The timing of the openings were timed to take advantage of other openings in the area.Callum was always well informed of the goings on in the CBD.

We received an offer, from a buyer who was rather difficult and was attempting to score the apartment for well under the market value, rather than just push for a quick sale, Callum worked to bring the price up to an acceptable figure. The buyer who was quite difficult failed to get finance in the end. Given the change to banking loan limits at the time. Callum sensing that this may happen started chasing some other potential buyers. Within 1 week of the first buyer falling through he had found another buyer willing to pay our initial asking price.

Callum is the agent you need if you want to be told the truth. He will work hard and do what is right for you. At no stage during the process did I find myself in the usual situation of feeling as though my agent was working in his own interests. Can't recommend Callum highly enough. Having seen around thirty properties in the Perth area and getting the usual hard sell lines and and rhetoric agent dribble it was very refreshing to deal with Callum. He was honest and knowledgable on the properties that he showed us through and my partner and I both felt at ease and well informed to make our decisions. He also remained in touch regularly during the purchase process to ensure that things were running smoothly. Callum also went out of his way to help us organise to get trades and decorators through prior to settlement to make it easier for us to move in to our new place comfortably. He's a genuinely nice guy and an excellent agent.

I met Callum on day one of considering the option of downsizing from our large home into an apartment with a city lifestyle. My words to him were 'Mate, you've got me on day one, apartment one and my wife doesn't know I'm here!". Callum was fine with that and showed me through several apartments. We did some due diligence by exploring other apartments but came back to apartment one.

With a conditional offer on our home followed by a delayed settlement the whole process took us approximately 5 months and Callum stuck by our side all the way and assisted wherever he could. Callum remained patient and not pushy and was available on settlement day to make sure everything ran smoothly having already been onto settlement agents and banks to make sure it all fell into place.

We are now enjoying apartment life and settling in. On all fronts my wife and I would have no hesitation in referring our associates to Callum in the future. He has been of great support in what was at times a very stressful process in the current market.
