Carly comes to us at LJ Hooker Property South West with over 10 years experience working in Property Management.

Starting her real estate career in Margaret River managing properties from Augusta in the South to Harvey in the North, Carly has specialized in rural and lifestyle property leases during her time in the industry but has just as much love and passion for residential property management.

Carly has 3 teenagers who she spends most of her time with, driving to sport, watching them play sport and further thrives on coaching basketball and is proudly involved with the South West Slammers.

As a Property Manager Carly likes to provides solutions, not problems, to owners. Because she is from an accounting and business background, Carly understands the financial / cost factors in holding a rental property and can advise our landlords accordingly when it comes to managing their property portfolios.

Carly enjoys providing trend and market analysis information to rental landlords to assist them to make informed decisions about one of their biggest assets.
