At LJ Hooker Nerang we only employ Property Investment Managers with experience in the field.
For most people, owning a residential investment property is the biggest financial investment we can make. The management of your investment is a huge responsibility and has become a serious business over recent years. It is no longer as easy as selecting a real estate agency with the cheapest fees.
Our Property Investment Management team consists of 5 Property Investment Managers. Each have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a PIM role. You will have one property investment manager appointed as your main contact.
Our department also includes a leasing agent, a business development and customer service agent, reception team and a head of department.
