I have purchased 3 properties (two on behalf of my children), sold one and rented one out (on behalf of my children) and among all the agents I dealt with, Charlie is the best real estate agent thus far. He is friendly, very pro-active and knew his scope well. He kept me promptly updated on the progress each time he had an inspection or potential buyers. The good thing about him is he is not overly aggresive and I believe the purchasers would appreciate too. I highly recommend him if you have a property for sale, to let or in the market to look for a home.
