Starting her journey at in admin, she quickly progressed through the ranks-from PIM administrator to property manager, senior property manager, and now thriving in a dynamic executive property manager role. Her journey is a testament to dedication, passion, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

It is Dannie's natural ability to connect with people and her love for creating positive environments drew her to real estate. Family is everything to Dannie, and that strong sense of connection is something she brings into her professional life as well. She is passionate about ensuring that the PIM team is not only highly trained but also supported and empowered in a positive, team-focused workplace. Her leadership style is driven by empathy, collaboration, and a genuine desire to see others succeed. Outside of work, Dannie cherishes time with her family and enjoys gardening and cooking.
