Dave was very helpful during our purchase negotiations. We had a 2.5 hour drive each way, each time we needed to do an on-site inspection and he re-arranged his calendar in order to assist us in our decision making process. He was always available by phone and responded to our queries in a timely manner, even when he was ill!
