Dean's passion for property has led him to specialise in New Developments, working closely with developers throughout South East Queensland. Combining extensive sales and management experience, Dean provides a comprehensive approach to development projects - from site amalgamation and the initial design phase through to sales and marketing, construction and final settlement.

In recent years, Dean has successfully taken three boutique Gold Coast developments through to settlement, with a further two projects currently underway. His hands-on approach and understanding of the complete development lifecycle allow him to work collaboratively with developers to position projects effectively and deliver strong results.

Dean's real estate career has taken him throughout South East Queensland and internationally, including three years working in the United Arab Emirates from 2006 to 2009. Despite his international experience, the Gold Coast was always home.

Outside of property, Dean makes the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle he is so passionate about. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating on the Broadwater and getting out on the jet ski with friends.
