I started my tenancy with a different agent but then he left and Domenica took over. To be honest, she has been the best ever property manager I have worked with. Very polite, understanding and the best part is she listens to your concern and gives you the correct advise. Most people think that these agents are more on owner's side but this is not at all true for Domenica. She is truely the best property manager a tenant can wish for. LJHooker is the best. My agent Domenica was real responsive to all the requests and a very understanding person. She would even arrange someone for emergency situations even during weekends. Communication via email was acknowledged in moments time. Stayed for over 2 years and was never disappointed.
