In 2009, Gemma expanded her experience by moving to Sydney, where she worked as a Leasing Consultant. It was here that she discovered her true passion for matching the right property with the right client, building positive relationships and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for both landlords and tenants.

Throughout her career, Gemma has had the opportunity to work across a variety of areas within Property Management, giving her a well-rounded and practical understanding of the industry. She has a deep passion for property investment and brings a keen eye for property presentation, recognising the importance of maximising a property's appeal and value.

Now in her role as Office Manager, Gemma combines her extensive industry experience with strong leadership and organisational skills.
