If I could rate Grant higher than 5 stars I would. Grants communication, genuine interest, timeliness and commitment was second to none. I have bought and sold several homes and I could not find any fault in Grant whatsoever. He was the go between us and the buyers and represented us both with trust, integrity and a genuine interest to ensure that both of our goals were met. Even after the house was sold he continued in that role and made the transaction easy for both sides.
