Grant's hard work and dedication to his career has resulted in him being awarded with membership to the Exclusive LJ Hooker Captains Club within the first 12 months of joining the team at LJ Hooker Twin Waters. He fast became one of LJ Hooker's Top Achievers attracting international recognition and has consistently won awards for his sales performance within the industry year after year.

A fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and now after purchasing the business in June 2017, Grant is Principal/Licensee of the LJ Hooker Twin Waters office. Since joining LJ Hooker Twin Waters in 2006 Grant has successfully united a huge number of buyers and sellers directly within the Twin Waters community.

During 2018 Grant made the decision to transition from a highly active sales professional into a mentorship role for his growing team due to a serious health issue. He was forced to change direction within the industry and due to his extensive experience and performance as an elite agent this was naturally his next step.

Now a team of 7 Real Estate professionals, operate under the LJ Hooker Twin Waters banner and the guidance of their leader, Grant Ormrod. The office is now known as the Real Estate Agency leading the way in all things Sales and Property Management in Twin Waters and surrounds.
