We did that after research, which consisted of online research, reviews, meeting him at another open, following him (not "stalking" - really), and paying attention to the effort he put in to the homes he listed. Also his manner, ability to work with him and have sensible conversations and commitment to follow up. It would not have mattered who Greg worked with - it was him and his effort that earned him the listing. Greg won the listing over someone we had previously chosen.
