As a Property Officer at LJ Hooker Lake Macquarie, I'm responsible for the end-to-end management of tenancies. My role is both dynamic and multifaceted, focusing on ensuring that tenants have a smooth and positive experience while also maintaining the property to the highest standards for landlords.

Some of the key aspects of my role include, Routine Inspections, open home, preparing homes for new tenants and addressing tenant's needs and concerns.

I started my career in property management in 2021 as an all-rounder at a small boutique agency. I loved helping tenants find their homes, ensuring properties were well maintained, and addressing any concerns they had. In late 2022, I started at LJ Hooker Lake Macquarie as a Property Officer. This move allowed me to build on my skills, deepen my knowledge of property legislation, and work alongside a Senior Property Manager. The role has challenged me in new ways and reinforced the importance of communication.

When I'm not managing tenancies, I love spending time with my family and going on little adventures. I find joy in the simple things. These moments with my loved ones help me recharge and keep me grounded.
