A self-described "house nerd" with a love of writing, photography and technology, Jacinta has been helping connect people with property since beginning her real estate marketing career in 2004. She joined LJ Hooker Property Complete in 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience across marketing, graphic design, IT and administration.

Her latest achievement, Top Administrator of the Year for LJ Hooker Queensland/Northern NSW, reflects the creativity, care and commitment she brings to supporting her team.

Growing up in Canberra, Jacinta was drawn to creative pursuits and the possibilities of technology. She completed Year 12 with a Certificate IV in Multimedia before studying Television Production at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga. An internship with WIN Television in Cairns sparked her interest in advertising, eventually leading her into real estate marketing - a career that brought her interests together.

Jacinta found her professional home in the marketing team at Nerang First National before joining LJ Hooker Nerang in 2017. Just 12 months later, she was inducted into the LJ Hooker Captains Club, recognising her contribution among leading administrative support professionals across Australia and New Zealand. In 2024, she joined its prestigious Life Achievers chapter.

Her approach to property marketing comes back to a simple belief: "Every property has a perfect buyer - it's all about connecting the right people with the right home." She enjoys finding the details that make a property special and bringing them to life through thoughtful words, imagery and design.

Alongside her latest win, Jacinta's achievements include Top Office Support for LJ Hooker Queensland/Northern NSW in both 2020 and 2022. She was a finalist for the REB Office Administrator of the Year award in 2022, 2023 and 2024, and for REB Marketing Professional of the Year in 2024. She was also recognised as a finalist for Supporting Person of the Year at the 2021 REB Women in Real Estate Awards.

At LJ Hooker Property Complete, Jacinta combines practical experience with curiosity and a creative eye. Whether she is shaping a marketing campaign, solving a technology challenge or supporting her colleagues behind the scenes, she brings the same care to the details and to the people who rely on them.
