I've proudly been part of the Property Management industry for over 20 years and I've always believed in keeping things simple: be honest, be organised and treat people with respect. I'm not into over-complicating things - if something needs doing, I just get on with it.

I like to stay on top of every detail so owners feel confident and tenants feel comfortable. Whether it's sorting maintenance, doing inspections or handling day-to-day questions, I make sure people know what's happening and that nothing slips through the cracks.

I'm friendly and easy to talk to, but I'm also firm when I need to be. A fair approach and clear expectations go a long way, and I've found that when everyone's on the same page, everything runs smoothly.

After two decades in the industry, I still enjoy the job - the people, the homes and the day-to-day challenges. For me, it's about doing the job properly and making sure everyone's looked after.
