Janice Li's journey in the real estate industry is a testament to her dedication and versatile skill set. Prior to joining LJ Hooker Property Partners in 2015 as a Personal Assistant, Janice cultivated a rich and diverse background. Her experience includes working at a Chinese radio station and passionately teaching Chinese drama at a Chinese school, demonstrating her strong connection with her cultural roots. 

In her transition to real estate, Janice quickly showcased her aptitude, evolving from a Personal Assistant to a proficient Sales Agent. Collaborating closely with Alex Fan, she thrived in her roles as a sales assistant and administrator, ensuring seamless operations within the team, now working alongside Alex as a skilled Sales Agent. 

Janice's expertise is further enriched by her fluency in Mandarin, an asset in our diverse community. Her creative flair is evident in her love for shooting and editing videos, a skill honed through a Master's degree in Media Production. Beyond her professional pursuits, Janice's interests include teaching Chinese drama, interior decor, and interior design. She cherishes travelling with her family and reading with her children, reflecting her well-rounded persona.
