About Me
With around three years in real estate spanning property management, business development, and sales, Jasmine Meyer brings a well-rounded view of the industry: from the operational side of managing properties, to building relationships in business development, to guiding buyers and sellers through transactions from start to finish. Her path wasn't exactly linear. She started out in hospitality during high school, which taught her the fundamentals of service and reading people, before moving into mining administration, where she built strong organisational and process skills in a high-compliance environment. From there she spent time in the automotive industry as a service manager, and even completed customer service training through Ford Australia's head office, training that still shapes the high standard she holds herself to today. She also holds a real estate license, and that varied background has given her a genuine appreciation for what matters to owners, investors, tenants, and buyers alike.
Jasmine's approach could be described as adaptable and client-focused. Having worked across the full property lifecycle, she doesn't just see a transaction; she sees the whole picture, and she uses that perspective to genuinely advocate for the best outcome for the people she works with. In property management, she has built strong, lasting rapport with both landlords and tenants, consistently earning positive feedback from both sides, and as a sales associate, she assisted in over 90 successful sales transactions from start to finish, supporting clients through every stage of the process, from listing and negotiations right through to settlement, and making sure they felt confident and informed along the way. Clients often describe her as professional, approachable, and genuinely easy to deal with; someone who balances the owner's interests with making sure tenants feel respected, comfortable, and heard throughout their tenancy. Feedback often points to how responsive she is and her strong sense of how to prioritise issues based on urgency, so nothing falls through the cracks, along with organisational skills and attention to detail that even the tradespeople she works with have come to know her for. Overall, the consistent theme is that people feel genuinely looked after, not just managed.
Outside of work, family and friends come first for Jasmine, and at the moment she's having a lot of fun planning some upcoming travel, including a trip to Italy she can't wait for, with plenty of downtime at the beach in between. She's originally from Brisbane but relocated to Gladstone in 2019, and the move gave her a real appreciation for the local community and lifestyle, both personally and professionally. Her friends would probably call her the "mum" of the group: always organising, always checking everyone's sorted, and she'd admit she's secretly quite competitive (Monopoly is banned in her household for a reason). She's also a self-confessed yapper who loves a good chat, which probably explains why she's always gravitated toward people-focused work.
Looking ahead, Jasmine's focus is on helping grow the business on the property management side and building strong, trusting relationships with new clients from day one. She's excited to keep growing within real estate and becoming more involved in the Gladstone region, building a profile as a familiar, trusted face in the local community. At the heart of it, she wants clients and the team to know that she brings genuine care, organisation, and a people-first mindset to everything she does, because for her, real estate has always been as much about the relationships as it is about the results.
