Throughout her time with the business, she has gained extensive experience across all departments, developing a strong understanding of sales, operations, and business management.
Throughout her career, Josie has supported all areas of the business, working closely with each department and assisting with a wide range of operational functions. This broad exposure has enabled her to develop a well-rounded understanding of how the business operates as a whole.
In her current role, Josie provides high-level executive support to the Directors, assisting with operational oversight, administrative management, and strategic priorities. Known for her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive, can-do attitude, Josie is trusted to manage her responsibilities with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion. Her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the LJ Hooker team.
