About me

Julene has worked in Residential Leasing and Property Management for over 10 years both in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. She has had a particular interest in coastal properties for many years and has finally moved to the Sunshine Coast to live the dream lifestyle. Julene loves all aspects of the rental market. She is a very empathetic person and can easily communicate with owners and tenants to resolve any issues that may arise. Julene's mantra is 'work smarter not harder'. With a bubbly, likeable personality Julene will be sure to maximise your returns and minimise your losses as your chosen Property Investment Manager. Outside of work you will find Julene enjoying morning walks along the beach and spending time with family, especially her first grandchild who arrived recently.
