Julie Cumming brings over 22 years of comprehensive experience across various facets of the real estate industry. Her career began in the ACT, where she excelled in shopping centre management before transitioning into residential real estate and buyer's advocacy. Julie's commitment to the industry was further demonstrated by her service on the REIACT Board during her time in Canberra.

With extensive experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing, Julie has most recently focused on residential project sales in Brisbane. For the past 20 years, she has been a prominent figure in the Brisbane and Gold Coast markets, working as a buyer's agent and property investment advisor. In 2023, she relocated to the Gold Coast from Brisbane to continue her impactful career.

Before entering the real estate field, Julie spent 15 years in the gift industry, working in retail, wholesale, importing, and manufacturing. Her dedication to delivering quality results, exceptional customer service, and deep product knowledge has always set her apart. These transferable skills have enabled her to develop a reputation for exceeding client expectations consistently.
