Julie Cumming brings over 22 years of comprehensive experience across multiple facets of the real estate industry, combining deep market knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people navigate important life transitions.
Her career began in the ACT, where she excelled in shopping centre management before moving into residential real estate and buyer's advocacy. Julie's leadership and commitment to the industry were recognised through her appointment to the REIACT Board during her time in Canberra.
With a strong foundation in Commercial Sales and Leasing, Julie has spent the past two decades immersed in the Brisbane and Gold Coast property markets, working as a buyer's agent, property investment advisor, and most recently in residential project sales. In 2023, she made the move to the Gold Coast to continue delivering exceptional outcomes for her clients in this growing region.
Julie's earlier career in the gift industry-spanning retail, wholesale, importing, and manufacturing-instilled in her a deep appreciation for quality, presentation, and customer experience. These skills have translated seamlessly into real estate, where her attention to detail, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence consistently set her apart.
