Karen began career in Real Estate at 16 years of age as a receptionist for a local Mandurah real estate agency. A few years later she transitioned to LJ Hooker as a PA for two Sales Consultants.

She left the position to start a family and then transitioned back into the workforce through the child care industry where she gained her Diploma, eventually becoming the Education Leader at a local centre.

With her family all grown up, she saw an advert in the local paper for "Director of First Impressions" with L J Hooker Mandurah and knew this was a sign! "I'm back - employed doing what I love - meeting new people and talking all day!!" says Karen.
