I began my real estate journey in 2016 as an Assistant Property Manager and quickly discovered a genuine passion for the industry. Over the years, I progressed through the ranks to become a Senior Property Manager, gaining valuable experience and building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues along the way.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to be part of an award-winning property management team and was honored to be recognised as REIWA's Agent Spotlight - achievements that have been significant highlights in my professional journey. However, what I enjoy most is helping others grow within the industry and sharing the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years.

I'm particularly passionate about supporting new Property Managers as they begin their careers. Property management is a fast-paced and often challenging profession, and I strongly believe that the right training, guidance, and mentorship from the outset can make a lasting difference in helping people build successful and rewarding careers in real estate.

That's why leading the LJ Hooker Training Academy is an opportunity I'm incredibly excited about. I look forward to helping educate, mentor, and support newcomers from the very beginning, equipping them with the confidence, practical skills, and industry knowledge they need to succeed and thrive within the real estate industry.
