Probably the best experience I have had with an agent from start to finish. Kate helped me with my initial enquiry about renting my property out following a bad experience with another agent. Kate and the team got a good rate and managed it without any issues. I then decided to sell, exploring options with a few agents. Kate contacted me and discussed her strategy which I agreed to and she executed to perfection. Sold above expectations and in a week of being on the market. Couldn't be happier!
