Kathleen Fairweather continues the legacy of the Fairweather Group, the business she built alongside her late husband, Brian Fairweather. With real estate deeply rooted in both Brian and Kathleen's family backgrounds, property has always been a significant part of their lives. While Brian was the face of the business, Kathleen played an integral role in its growth, contributing through graphic design, marketing, events, property presentation and administration.

Following Brian's unexpected passing, Kathleen stepped into a leadership role, committed to preserving the values and culture they created while guiding the business into its next chapter. Together with Nima Aliasgary, Michael and Lachelle Ferguson, Kathleen is helping shape LJ Hooker Alliance Group - bringing together trusted relationships, shared values and a collective commitment to serving The Forest and the wider Northern Beaches community.

Having called Killarney Heights home for more than 20 years, Kathleen is passionate about supporting local businesses, schools and the environment.
