Kelly has been involved in the redevelopment process of commercial properties and successfully manages a large portfolio of retail assets from sub regional retail centres through to strata title properties. Over this period, she has built a positive and professional management relationship with shop owners resulting in loyal tenants.

Kelly makes it a priority to focus on providing opportunities to increase tenant and commercial property revenue. She keeps properties well maintained so any maintenance issues are of low occurrence and dealt with promptly plus managing arrears and providing reports to owners.
