In 2017, a second opportunity arose to work alongside a senior property consultant which seen Laura become an Executive Assistant and develop a unique formula to the role during the next five years. 

The dynamic duo became one of the most successful and highly sought-after teams across the Northern Suburbs. Laura's role was spread across property marketing, vendor communication, buyer negotiation and management as well as social media. 

Laura's greatest achievement during this time was becoming a Finalist in the Women in Real Estate Awards for 2021, shortlisted for Supporting Professional of the Year. After taking some time away and eventually starting a family with her husband Sam and now son Kasey, Laura returned as a Systems Trainer. 

Implementing and passing on sound knowledge and experience to her peers, new system integration, assisting the admin department and heading the BSO team. 

Laura has a passion for real estate and the world around her. When not in the office, Laura is either travelling her beautiful home state, mainland Australia and overseas, baking, making home improvements, attending the local speedway or enjoying time with her family and friends. 

Previous to Lj Hooker, Laura worked in various retail, administration and customer service roles undertaking a Certificate IV in Administration and Marketing and a Certificate II in Communications. Laura is also a licensed property consultant.
