Liam Booker is 48 years of age and has lived in Kallangur and surrounds all of his life. He is a qualified tradesman and spent 10 years in the building industry. He is a 3rd generation Real Estate consultant, has owned several homes in Kallangur and surrounding areas and understands the highs and lows of dealing in property transactions. 

In the last 22 years Liam has been in Real Estate sales, buyers and sellers alike have taken to his honest demeanor and youthful enthusiasm. 

He became a member of L.J Hooker's exclusive Captain Club (top 10% of salespeople worldwide) and qualified as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Chapter in his first year of selling real estate with L.J Hooker and more recently received the exclusive Bronze award for volume of sales. 

Liam intends to make a long term career out of real estate and understands to do this he must provide excellent service to every customer he represents. 

During Liams real estate career he has managed to transact over 2100 properties, giving him the experience required to ensure sellers achieve that "premium" price every time. In September 2023 Liam made it into "The A List" which is a non self-nominated recognition of excellence in Real Estate. "The A List" agents represent the top 1% of the total of 18,000 registered real estate agents in Queensland who are achieving on average 12-19 times better sales performance than other agents in their market place as verified by RP DATA.
