Although real estate wasn't the career she originally planned, Lily quickly discovered it was where she could make a genuine difference in people's lives. Before moving into residential sales, she spent three years as a Sales Executive specialising in off-the-plan apartment sales, where she developed strong skills in negotiation, client relationships and understanding the journey behind every property decision.

As a property investor herself, Lily understands the excitement and considerations that come with buying property, allowing her to relate to clients from firsthand experience. Committed to honest communication and personalised service, she works to ensure every client feels informed, supported and confident throughout the process. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she enjoys building lasting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
