Born and raised in Lake Macquarie, Madison brings strong local knowledge along with a genuine passion for people and customer service. Before joining the real estate industry, she spent over three years working as a service assistant with Coles, where she developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a natural ability to connect with customers.

Friendly, driven and a true team player, Madison plays an important role in supporting both the sales and property management teams. From managing the front desk and handling incoming calls to providing day to day administrative support, she helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Known for her positive attitude and approachable nature, Madison prides herself on making every client feel comfortable, supported and well looked after from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and keeping active at the gym.
