For Mario Trattos, every property tells a story. With 14 years in real estate, he knows that successful property management is about more than just maintenance-it's about understanding each property's potential and helping clients make informed decisions. Originally from the UK, Mario studied Architectural Technology before building his career across both sales and property management, working his way up from a Negotiator to a Branch Manager.

Now calling Alice Springs home, Mario has embraced the incredible landscapes and welcoming community. Whether he's managing properties, capturing stunning aerial shots with his drone, or offering a helping hand with DIY projects, he brings a practical, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude to his work. Outside of real estate, you'll find him hiking, playing soccer for the Alice Springs Celtics (he calls it football, but we know better 😉), or deep in a history documentary. And, if you're up for an adventure story, ask him about his six-day trek across Madeira Island-115km of rugged terrain, all for a great cause.
