About me
For me, homes are an asset, not just a residence. My property purchases over the years have given me a broad range of expertise in buying, selling, property investment, and ongoing management. My clients range in age from 18 to 104, but most of my sellers are over 30. Many are repeat business or referrals looking to downsize or upgrade their homes.

As your selling agent, we start by discussing your ideal time frame and method of sale. Each home's sales strategy incorporates your ideal buyer and their preferred method of sale. For example, a private treaty sale often works best with first-home buyers, but if there is likely to be significant interest, I might suggest an auction.
Throughout the sales and negotiation process, I communicate regularly, answering your questions and giving direction and guidance as necessary. Clients often say, "Wow, that was easy!". My depth of experience in the real estate industry means I have seen every possible selling scenario and know the right approach for the best outcome.
