About me
Matt Conduit is the Principal and Director of LJ Hooker Broadbeach, bringing extensive experience, local knowledge and a proven track record to the Gold Coast property market.
Matt established and successfully operated Conduit Agencies, a boutique real estate office in the heart of Broadbeach, before partnering with one of Australia's most recognised real estate brands, LJ Hooker. Now approaching 20 years from the same prominent main street location, the business has built a strong and enduring presence within the Broadbeach community. Today, LJ Hooker Broadbeach combines Matt's longstanding local expertise and relationships with the strength, resources and reach of a leading national network.
Growing up on a large cattle property in north-western New South Wales instilled in Matt a strong work ethic from an early age. He credits the long days, commitment and determination required during those years with providing the foundation for his approach to building a successful career in real estate.
Matt's extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast property market, combined with his ability to establish trust and confidence with buyers, sellers and developers, has earned him a highly respected reputation within the industry.
His results reflect that commitment. Matt is ranked among the top 2.5% of settled sales nationally within the LJ Hooker network. In 2023, he was also recognised with the prestigious LJ Hooker Life Achiever Award, acknowledging his achievement of ranking within the top 10% nationally for 10 consecutive years. At the time of receiving the award, Matt was one of only five members in Queensland to hold this distinction.
