Michael Folkard began his real estate career at Griffith University's Gold Coast Campus in 2007 where he started studying his Bachelor of Business Majoring in Real Estate and Property Development. After graduating in 2010, Michael began his career in real estate, basing himself in Nerang and quickly becoming one of the top agents in the area.
