Michael Levonis is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who commenced his career in real estate in 1989 with LJ Hooker in Southport where he worked for 11 years.

Michael was an inaugural member of the LJ Hooker Captains Club which began in 1994. This club was the home of agents who were in the top 20% of salespeople in Queensland for the LJ Hooker corporation. Michael remained a member until he left to operate his own business as an independent agency, Elliott Michaels Realtor, (EMR) in 2001.

Michael owned and operated EMR in Southport specialising in the sale and management of residential property from 2001 until 2017 when he sold, and he remained working with the new proprietor until December 2022.

Michael has now been successfully selling in the real estate industry for 34 years and has recently made the decision to return to LJ Hooker in Southport.

Michael has a wealth of knowledge regarding the local market and can be relied upon to give accurate and helpful advice. His approachable nature, willingness to listen and work with his clients on the sale of their most valuable asset and his exceptional negotiating skills means he receives plenty of repeat business.
