I was in urgent need of a new property manager and so happy it was Natalia that answered the phone. Natalia is knowledgeable, thorough, diligent, a great communicator to both me and the tenant, and, most of all, human! My investment property has passed through a few managers in Canberra mainly because service from previous managers was mostly poor, frustratingly minimal or, often times, non existent. Not good for owners and not good for tenants. If this sounds familiar to you, I highly recommend you make a change to Natalia!
