In retrospect, moving to Perth in 2008 is one of the best decisions of my life. Between signing my first lease within few days of my arrival and buying my first home in 2016, I have personally experienced most of the tenants' and buyers' concerns. From buying our first investment property to creating a portfolio with my husband, I fully understand the issues faced by investors and sellers when dealing in the market. Put simply, a genuine care for my clients' time and money is the crucial part of my job. 

My key skills come from my formal education (Masters - Land and Water Management, UWA) in scientific research and data analysis, and extensive work experience in hospitality industry. Living here and being an active member of the Hindu and Sikh community groups, various sporting clubs and my child's school has connected me to people and property around Canning Vale and surrounding suburbs.
