About me
Commencing my journey in the real estate sector at De Freitas & Ryan, where I began by overseeing a portfolio of 175-200 active rental properties, I swiftly grasped the core objectives of residential investors. Understanding their primary goals enabled me to tailor my services effectively, ensuring their needs were met. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into the real estate industry, and my communication skills significantly improved during this time.
Following a brief yet fruitful tenure of two years in property management, I made the decision to enhance my skills further. I transitioned into the realm of selling residential real estate, aiming to establish myself as a market leader in the southern suburbs of Perth.
After two years of selling residential properties, I embraced an opportunity extended by Rod Ryan and Miguel De Freitas to serve as a director in our newly established boutique office in
Applecross. The goal was to transform our boutique agency into a leading powerhouse in the residential real estate sector.
Following two prosperous years, our journey took an unfortunate turn with the very sad loss of Rod Ryan, a crucial co-founder of De Freitas & Ryan, to an aggressive cancer. Regrettably, due to this unforeseen and unfortunate circumstance, the difficult decision was made to close our residential office.
I've been incredibly lucky to foster a longstanding relationship with the LJ Hooker Applecross team. This connection eventually resulted in a fantastic opportunity for me as a sales executive, collaborating with a group of exceptionally skilled and professional colleagues. Accepting this offer was a natural choice, and since then, I've seamlessly integrated into the team, receiving ample support. This support enables me to excel in my core strengths: listing and selling residential real estate. It also grants me the freedom to dedicate ample time to understanding and fulfilling my clients' needs and desires.

Personal Interests:
Outside of work, I deeply value the meaningful time I spend with close friends and family, fostering genuine connections that hold great significance in my life. I find genuine satisfaction in supporting those around me, extending a helping hand to those in need, and expressing gratitude for the opportunities I receive.
In my personal time, I commit 4-5 days a week to training at Empire Performance, a gym situated in Jandakot. Moreover, my lifelong passion for football as a young boy led me to avidly follow the English Premier League, particularly supporting Spurs. Being born and raised in London, it's tradition to be obsessed and passionate about football.
Aside from conducting home opens on Saturday's and Sunday's, I enjoy spending quality time with my close group of friends over a few drinks. A good bourbon or whiskey is generally my go to.
I also have intentions of travelling around Europe and the Middle East before I reach the age of 30 to appreciate what the other side of the world offers. Having a middle eastern background myself, I can relate to a lot of the European and other Middle Eastern cultures and ways of life which to me is interesting knowing the similarities and differences that they all have.
To me, being a real estate agent means understanding the need to be available round the clock. Clients often seek my assistance after hours, and I am committed to helping them regardless of the time. My work and personal life have become intertwined as I am dedicated to supporting my clients whenever they need me.
